Overview

 

Town Founders Fund LP ("TFF") is a closely held real estate impact equity investment fund. TFF invests in multi-family, retail, and light manufacturing development opportunities in emerging neighborhoods throughout the city of Detroit. 

 

TFF was created in 2015 as a vehicle for the principals of Town to programmatically acquire and develop properties in targeted areas in the city of Detroit where the Town operating platform can create immediate value around job creation and recruiting small businesses.

 

The Fund is primarily invested across several assets in Detroit's Milwaukee Junction neighborhood where Town has acquired more than 200,000 square feet of largely vacant and/or underutilized property across three continuous blocks.
