Overview

 

Assembled eight buildings from multiple property owners over a 24 month period. The portfolio is approximately 230,000 square feet across three continuous blocks. The portfolio contains a mix of light industrial, commercial, and residential uses. 

 

 Development highlights

 

  • Executed +/- 100,000 square feet of leasing and new tenant improvements

  • Increased occupancy from 0% to 80%  

  • Rezoned entire assemblage to a Special Development District (SD2) to allow for a variety of uses, including new construction

  • Received 2016 Excellence in Real Estate Development Award from Detroit LISC

  • The portfolio is currently stabilized.
