 Development highlights

 

• Purchased property from three different owners to create one continuous development site.

• Obtained tax abatements covering all parcels.

• Signed a joint venture with Develop Detroit, a non-profit development firm to build a 200+ unit new construction, mixed income housing development with ground floor retail.

• The project is currently under development.
