Overview

 

Developed 10,000 square feet of shared office space for companies focused on creating alternative solutions to civic and social issues. The development was completed in April 2014. The office space was part of a larger 45-unit, 66,000 square foot apartment building redevelopment.

 

 Development highlights

 

• Completed more than $300,000 in renovations to create public, private, and semi-private workspaces.

​

• Obtained a $120,000 grant from the Creative Corridor Incentive Fund to finalize the workspaces.

​

• Recruited five small business tenants.

​

• Companies grew out of workspace and the space is now occupied by two tenants.
